Het centrale platform voor financiële, operationele en duurzaamheidsdata van alle Nederlandse woningcorporaties.
Het Aedes Datacentrum beheert de meest complete dataset over de Nederlandse sociale huursector (bijna 30% van de totale woningvoorraad). Het combineert de verplichte aanleveringen van woningcorporaties: de dVi (verantwoordingsinformatie over het verleden) en de dPi (prospectieve informatie/begrotingen). Het platform ontsluit de jaarlijkse Aedes-benchmark, waarmee de prestaties van corporaties op het gebied van huurderstevredenheid, bedrijfslasten, onderhoud en duurzaamheid (energielabels) worden vergeleken. De geaggregeerde open data (beschikbaar via ILT/Autoriteit Woningcorporaties) is cruciaal voor beleidsmakers en PropTechs die de corporatiemarkt bedienen.
The Aedes Datacentrum is the central intelligence hub for the Dutch social housing sector, which manages nearly 30% of the total housing stock in the Netherlands (over 2.4 million homes). It aggregates data from all 250+ non-profit housing associations (woningcorporaties).
The platform is built on the mandatory regulatory data submissions required by the government: the dVi (historical accountability data) and the dPi (prospective financial budgets and construction plans). It powers the annual Aedes Benchmark, which ranks housing associations on tenant satisfaction, operational costs, maintenance efficiency, and sustainability.
While detailed dashboards are restricted to Aedes members, the underlying dPi and dVi datasets are published as open data by the Authority for Housing Associations (Aw / ILT). This data is highly valuable for PropTech companies targeting the massive social housing market, allowing them to analyze the financial health, maintenance budgets, and sustainability targets of individual housing associations.
