Het WOZ Waardeloket is het officiële portaal van de Nederlandse overheid waar burgers en professionals de WOZ-waarde van elk gebouw in Nederland kunnen opvragen. De WOZ-waarde (Waardering Onroerende Zaken) is de officiële taxatiewaarde die gemeenten jaarlijks vaststellen als grondslag voor onroerendezaakbelasting. Het portaal biedt actuele en historische WOZ-waarden per adres, inclusief perceeloppervlak en BAG-objectgegevens. Via de API-sleutel van ep-online.nl is bulkopvraging mogelijk.
The WOZ Waardeloket is the official Dutch government portal for querying the WOZ value (Waardering Onroerende Zaken) of any property in the Netherlands.
WOZ values are the official municipal property tax assessments, updated annually, and serve as the basis for property taxes, housing benefit calculations, and mortgage underwriting.
The portal provides current and historical WOZ values per address, along with parcel area and BAG building data. Bulk access is available via API key for professional users.
