Open datasets over de vastgoedportefeuille en aanhuurtransacties van de Nederlandse Rijksoverheid.
Het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB) is de grootste vastgoedeigenaar van Nederland en beheert gebouwen, defensieterreinen, penitentiaire inrichtingen en landbouwgrond voor de Rijksoverheid. Via data.overheid.nl publiceert het RVB diverse open datasets over hun activiteiten. De meest relevante dataset voor de commerciële vastgoedmarkt is het overzicht van 'Aanhuurtransacties', waarin precies staat welke kantoorruimtes de overheid huurt van private partijen, inclusief metrage en locaties. Dit biedt unieke transparantie in de publieke kantooropname.
The Central Government Real Estate Agency (Rijksvastgoedbedrijf or RVB) is the largest property owner in the Netherlands, managing ministries, defense sites, prisons, and extensive agricultural lands.
In line with government transparency policies, the RVB publishes several open datasets via the national data portal (data.overheid.nl). For the commercial real estate sector, the most valuable dataset is the 'Aanhuurtransacties' (Lease Transactions) register.
This dataset details all the commercial office space the Dutch government leases from private landlords. It includes the location, square meterage, and transaction dates. This provides brokers, institutional investors, and analysts with complete transparency into the public sector's office take-up and spatial footprint across the country.
