PDOK is hét centrale platform waar de Nederlandse overheid haar open ruimtelijke datasets (geo-informatie) als webservices (WMS, WFS, OGC API) en downloads aanbiedt. Het platform host meer dan 200 datasets van organisaties zoals het Kadaster, Rijkswaterstaat, RVO en CBS. Voor vastgoedprofessionals en proptech-bedrijven is PDOK de primaire bron voor essentiële basisregistraties zoals de BAG (adressen en gebouwen), BRK (kadastrale percelen), BGT (topografie), BRO (ondergrond) en het AHN (hoogtebestand). Alle datasets zijn gratis beschikbaar.
PDOK (Publieke Dienstverlening Op de Kaart) is the central distribution platform for open geospatial data provided by the Dutch government. It is a collaborative initiative between the Kadaster, ministries, and other public bodies to make spatial data freely accessible to businesses and citizens.
PDOK hosts over 200 datasets, including all critical National Key Registries (Basisregistraties) related to real estate and land use: the BAG (Buildings and Addresses), BRK (Cadastral parcels), BGT (Large-scale topography), BRO (Subsurface data), and AHN (Elevation data). It also includes soil maps, groundwater data, nature areas, and infrastructure data.
For PropTech developers, data scientists, and real estate analysts, PDOK provides highly reliable, standardized APIs (WMS, WFS, OGC API Features) and bulk downloads. It is the foundational data infrastructure for almost all spatial and property analysis tools built in the Netherlands.
