INREV (European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles), gevestigd in Amsterdam, is het belangrijkste platform voor de Europese niet-beursgenoteerde vastgoedindustrie (€3,7 biljoen). De INREV Fund Index meet de kwartaalprestaties (total return, capital growth, distributed income) van honderden institutionele vastgoedfondsen in Europa. De data is essentieel voor pensioenfondsen en institutionele beleggers om de prestaties van hun Nederlandse en Europese vastgoedportefeuilles te benchmarken. INREV biedt ook de Living Fund Index, de IRR Index en de Global REFI.

The INREV Fund Index is the definitive benchmark measuring the net asset value (NAV) performance of European non-listed real estate funds. It provides quarterly data on total returns, capital growth, and distributed income across different sectors — including the rapidly growing Living/Residential sector — and geographies.
While INREV covers all of Europe, its data is heavily utilized by the large Dutch institutional investment community (including pension giants like APG, PGGM, and Bouwinvest) to benchmark their domestic and international real estate portfolios. INREV also publishes the ESG SDDS for standardized sustainability reporting.
