De Nederlandsche Bank publiceert macro-data over de Nederlandse hypotheekmarkt: omvang, rentes en kredietstandaarden.
De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) beheert een uitgebreid dashboard met statistieken over de Nederlandse woninghypotheekmarkt. De data omvat de totale omvang van uitstaande hypotheken (meer dan €800 miljard), de verdeling over banken en verzekeraars, hypotheekrente-ontwikkelingen en de resultaten van de Bank Lending Survey. DNB publiceert ook het Monitor Hypothecaire Kredietverlening, een jaarlijkse analyse van kredietstandaarden en financiële stabiliteitsrisico's. Alle data is vrij toegankelijk via het DNB-statistiekenportaal.
De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) is the Dutch central bank and publishes comprehensive statistics on the residential mortgage market — one of the largest in Europe relative to GDP.
The dashboard covers the total outstanding mortgage debt (over €800 billion), lending rates, the distribution across banks and insurers, and the quarterly Bank Lending Survey on credit standards.
DNB also publishes an annual Monitor on Mortgage Lending Standards and Financial Stability, providing deep analysis of LTV ratios, interest-only loans, and systemic risk indicators.
