Calcasa is een van de oudste en meest gerespecteerde AVM-aanbieders in Nederland. Hun WOX (Woningwaarde-index) is een veelgebruikte benchmark voor de ontwikkeling van woningwaarden in Nederland, gepubliceerd als kwartaalrapport.
