Overview
The Basisregistratie Kadaster (BRK) is maintained by the Dutch Land Registry and Mapping Agency (Kadaster). It contains authoritative data on all registered properties in the Netherlands, including ownership details, parcel boundaries, property rights, and mortgage information. The BRK is one of the key base registrations in the Dutch government system of authentic registrations. It provides the legal foundation for property ownership and is used by government agencies, notaries, banks, and real estate professionals. The data can be accessed via APIs, bulk downloads, or through the Kadaster online portal.
