EP-Online Energy Labels

Overview

EP-Online is managed by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and contains energy performance certificates for millions of Dutch buildings. The energy label system rates buildings from A++++ (most efficient) to G (least efficient) based on factors like insulation, heating systems, solar panels, and ventilation. Since 2015, an energy label is mandatory when selling or renting a property. The database is accessible as open data and provides crucial information for sustainability analysis, renovation planning, and compliance monitoring.
