Overview
3D BAG is an open dataset created by the 3D Geoinformation group at TU Delft. It contains 3D models of all buildings in the Netherlands at multiple levels of detail (LoD). The models are generated by combining 2D building footprints from the BAG with elevation data from the AHN. This results in 3D building models that can be used for noise simulation, energy demand estimation, shadow analysis, flood modeling, and urban planning visualization. The dataset is freely available and updated regularly.
